When contacting support, include your iPhone model, iOS version, the step where the issue occurred, and whether it can be reproduced consistently. Do not email source text containing sensitive information.

Which voices need to be downloaded?

Built-in Chinese and English voices are included with MyListen and are ready for offline preview and generation after installation. Apple system voices are optional; MyListen only shows compatible voices that you have already downloaded to this iPhone in iOS Settings.

Why can a long document take time to generate?

Audio is generated locally in segments. Document length, the selected voice, and device performance affect generation time. Keep enough free storage available while generating audio.

Is my text or audio uploaded?

Your source text and generated audio stay on your device and are not uploaded automatically. Exported files go to the app or service you choose. Settings → Send Feedback submits only your entered feedback, selected screenshots, optional contact details, and basic app/system versions. Episodes and audio are not attached automatically. How do I delete content?

Choose Delete from an episode's action menu to remove the episode record and its local audio. Uninstalling the app removes data stored inside the app container.

How do I continue listening in the background?

Start playback, then lock your screen or switch to another app. Playback continues through the iOS background-audio capability.

How do I back up my library?

Export a library backup from Settings. You can also export an individual generated audio file from the episode action menu.
